How long does it take to get set up?
For the Lite plan, you can be live in 24 hours. For Pro, we do a full workflow audit first — mapping your workflows, recon steps, processes, vendor relationships, and team structure. Most Pro customers have full access within 2–3 days, though the complete rollout timeline varies depending on how your process is built and how your operation runs. We're thorough in training every manager, technician, and vendor so your whole team is confident on the platform.
Can I customize the recon workflow for my store?
